In order to streamline the site evaluation process and minimize the possibility of any errors, the company has proposed to build a mobile app that will assist the evaluators to evaluate the site, collect data and to submit the report.
The app should handle all the evaluation process such as assigning customers to various agents, sorting of customers and detailed site inspection and submitting reports.
